It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward D. Forbes of Scituate, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 19, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Forbes and Mary Forbes (Salisbury). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis M. Forbes (Hennessy); his children, Lisa Flynn (John) of Scituate, Brian Forbes (Meghan) of Marshfield and Michelle Forbes (Michael Bearce) of Scituate; his grandchildren, Matthew, Sydney Flynn, Kayla, Alexandra, Brian Jr. Forbes, Emma, Joseph and Addison Bearce; and his sister Linda Herr (Joe) of Canton. He is also survived by friends, sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews.

Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284), Scituate Animal Shelter (scituateanimalshelter.org) or Marshfield Animal Shelter, where his granddaughter Alexandra is an Assistant Animal Control Officer (156 Claypit Road, Marshfield, MA 02050).
