She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Dionne and Anna Dionne; her son Eric Pihl of Scituate; and her brother Henry "Bobby" Dionne (Virginia). She is survived by: her husband Walter C. Pihl; and her siblings, Nancy Mederios (late James), Alfred Dionne (late Joan) and Michael Dionne (Elise).
