James F. Driscoll Obituary

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John T. Driscoll and Jean M. Driscoll; his children, Kelly J. Driscoll (Mike) of Canton, Katie D. Buttaro (Andrew) of Cohasset, Jenny A. Driscoll (Dave) of Cambridge and Molly J. MacDonald (Sean) of Cohasset; his grandchildren, Anna, Clare, Madeline Buttaro, Ronan Sullivan and Sophie MacDonald; and his siblings, Jack, Bill, Jean, Paul, Maureen and Rob.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home (382 First Parish Rd, Scituate, MA 02066). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Nativity Church (1 Kent St, Scituate, MA 02066).
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Jim may make gifts to the Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute in support of Dr. Ellis's Cholangiocarcinoma Research.
