He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Drake of Quincy; his children, Susan, John (Carol), Michael (Janice), Steven and Kathy (Erik); his grandchildren, Brendan, Elizabeth, Michael, Jenna, Kyle, Hayley and Jake; his parents, John O'Brien and Lottie O'Brien of Quincy; and his sister Florence Bender (Vincent).
