It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick James Smith of Scituate, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 29, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Joseph and Mary Smith (Willard); and his siblings, Richard Smith (Donna Smith) of Whitman, Kathy Smith (Lee) and Brian Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine F. Smith (Kelly); his sons, Patrick Smith (Susan) of Scituate, Sean Smith (Danielle Fisher) of Kingston and Keith Smith (Deirdre) of South Hadley; his grandchildren, Timothy Smith, Catharine Smith, Kendra Smith, Emma Smith, Sydney Smith and Kasandra Centrella; and his siblings, Daniel Smith of Quincy, Robert Smith (Joanne) of Reading, Deborah Mullen (James) of Wareham and Michael Smith (Erin) of Pembroke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
