Forsberg (Tammy) of Plymouth and Cathleen A. Lacy (William) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Meghan, Samantha, Joel, Garrett, Cameron, Joseph and Brian; his great grandchildren, Skylar and Easton; and his sisters, Helen Federowski (Frank) of Bridgton, ME and Christine McDermott (late John) of Dorchester. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
