She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Rose McAuliffe Donelan and Charles Adrian Donelan; her parents-in-law, Dr. Fuller B. Whitworth and Marjorie Cooper Whitworth; her brother Charles A. Donelan, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Dr. Thomas P. Conaty III, Susie Whitworth Cunningham and Joseph Cunningham.

She is survived by: her husband Michael F. Whitworth; her children, Kelty Whitworth White (Elijah) and Brendan Whitworth (Meredith); her grandchildren, Connor, Alden, Quinn, Rose and Sadie; and her siblings, Martha Donelan Conaty and Matthias B. Donelan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
