He was predeceased by: his sisters, Huna and Reenie. He is survived by: his wife Susan Murphy (Farrell); his siblings, Neil J. Murphy (Lynn Palmiter) and Karen Laugelle; his siblings' children, Diane Kliebert, Tim Wuerth, David, Linda Murphy and J. L's; and also Linda Murphy.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home (382 First Parish Rd, Scituate, MA 02066). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
