The passing of Louise A. Alaownis of Seekonk, Massachusetts leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 9, 2025 at the age of 71. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfredo Benedetti and Evelyn Benedetti (Vanotti); and her brother Alfred. She is survived by: her husband Gary R. Alaownis; her children, Stephen Alaownis of South Hadley, MA and Andrea Alaownis of Pawtucket, RI; her grandson Antonio; her twin-sister Frederica O'Malley; and her sisters, Leonore Daniele and Teresa Benedetti. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William W. Tripp Funeral Home (1008 Newport Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Parish (385 Central Ave, Seekonk, MA 02771). A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Notre Dame Cemetery (359 Daggett Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861).
