He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cynthia (Friedlander); his son Michael Engel of Tel Aviv; his grandchildren, Amos (Hadas) and Romy (Dan); his great grandchildren, Nevo and Daya; his daughter Sheryl Olshin (Josh); and his granddaughter Emma.
