He was predeceased by: his parents, George Williamson and Elizabeth Williamson; and his sister Elizabeth Anne Martin. He is survived by: his sister Florence "Sally" Williamson; his nephew David Martin; his wife Patricia Williamson of Sharon, MA; his daughters, Beth Williamson-Ruse (Kevin Ruse) of Mansfield, MA and Becky Williamson (Mark Mercure) of North Attleboro, MA; and his grandson William Ruse.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home (1248 Washington St, Norwood, MA 02062). A procession will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at the Highland Cemetery (320 Winter St, Norwood, MA 02062).
