He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Athanasios Botsaris and Aggeliki Botsaris (Petsi); his wife Maria G. Botsari (Scopeliti); his children, Aggeliki Botsari (Dimitris Tsatsarakos) of Greece, Vasilios "Billy" Botsaris (Lorena Petrillo) of East Walpole, Konstantina Botsari of Sharon and Athanasia Botsari of Sharon; his grandchildren, Maria Botsaris, Giorgios Botsaris, Marco Botsaris, Zacharias Tsatsarakos and Andreas Tsatsarakos; and his brothers, Jimmy Botsaris (Sophia) of Greece and Vasilios Botsaris.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in George's name may be made to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
