She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Robert L. Berk; her parents, Mildred Adler and Martin Adler; her parents-in-law, Dr. Arthur and Sybil Berk; and her siblings-in-law, Elaine and Harold Fienman.

She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Berk and Cindy Monastersky (Richard); her granddaughter Rachel Monastersky; her niece Barbara; her nephew Donald (Ann); and her great-nieces, Rose and Joyce.
