With sadness, we share the passing of Jean Sullivan of Sharon, Massachusetts. Jean, born on June 24, 1935 in Dominion, Nova Scotia, passed away on October 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel James Sullivan; her son Douglas Sullivan of Sharon; and her siblings, Greta Delores Heanue of Magnolia and Doug Mackie of British Colombia. She is survived by: her children, Danette Bruno (Joseph) of Gilford, NH, Kerry Jean Schubert (Gary) of Norton, Sean Sullivan of Sharon and Daniel Sullivan (Colleen) of Brockton; her grandchildren, Anthony Bruno, Heather Forbes, Jennifer LeClerc, Danielle Bruno Powers, Kimberly Schubert, Jackie Norton, Mekayla and Connor Sullivan; and her siblings, Neil Mackie (Flo) of Quincy, Deborah Mackie of North Carolina and Charlene Pinheiro of Bluffton. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (59 Cottage St, Sharon, MA 02067). Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home (455 Washington St, Canton, MA 02021).
