Joyce S. Mekelburg Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce S. Mekelburg of Sharon, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 18, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne Spector (Kaminsky) and Mier Spector; her brothers, Dr. Samuel Spencer and Harold Spector; her son Hal Rosenthal; and her husbands, Dr. Robert W. Rosenthal and A. Richard Mekelburg.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Richard Rosenthal (Laura) and Lesley Kaufman (Jay); her grandchildren, Meredith Rosenthal, Jon Rosenthal (Amanda), Adam Kaufman (Elizabeth) and Matthew Kaufman (Adrianne); and her great grandchildren, Katherine, Jonah, Adelaide, Reya, Landon, Jackson and Owen.
