“I staffed the American Medical Association’s Council on Ethical and Judicial Affairs from 2000 to 2005. For several of those years, Dr. Morse was a member of the Council and then its Chair. He and I kept in touch after and I had the pleasure of visiting Dr and Mrs Morse at their home in Worcester some years after. He was a great inspiration in my life and was influential in my decision to attend medical school in my 30s. I considered him a mentor and a friend and think of him with gratitude.”
