She is survived by: her husband Mitchell Chalek; her sister Gladys Katz; her close friend Al Heyman; her children, Herb (Kathy), Carl (Beth) and Helen Kelley (Jeff Glass); her grandchildren, Eric (Vicki Kasabian), Megan Garlin (Matthew), Jacqueline Kelley (Michael Upchurch), Nicholas Kelley (Vanessa Lobato), Devon Kelley (Sarah Mills) and Alexander Kelley (Mary Coleman); and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Garlin, Eilona Kelley and Ezra Kelley.
