She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Azlant and Harriet Azlant. She is survived by: her husband Melvyn; her daughters, Meryl Haff, Sharon Rogers (David) and Debra Wolfe (Dustin); and her brother John Azlant. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
