She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Vickers and Hubert Grayson; her husband Matthew Tomich; and her brother Kenneth. She is survived by: her friends, Lorraine Ward, Nancy Boyer, Mary Zmistowski, Lillian Smith and Marilyn Kirby; and her children, Christopher Tomich (Mary), Mark Tomich (Susie), Peter Tomich (Lynne), Matthew Tomich and Lesliann Furcht (Tom). She is also survived by grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, extended family, and countless lifelong friends.
A burial will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Valley Church (99 Maple Ave, Sheffield, MA 01257).
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy in Garnella's memory may be made to Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in care of the BIRCHES-ROY FUNERAL HOME 33 South St. Great Barrington MA 01230.
