As Matthew departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Matthew. Though Matthew may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Tomich, and Matthew Tomich, Sr.; and his sister Theresa Miller. He is survived by: his wife Garnella Jean; and his children, Christopher (Mary), Mark (Susie), Peter (Lynne), Matthew and Lesliann Furcht (Tom). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, nieces and nephew, and many "adopted" nieces and nephews of his life-long friends.
