Christopher Record Obituary

We announce the death of Christopher Record (Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts), who passed away on October 7, 2026, at the age of 65. Christopher will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement "Clem" Record and Gladys Record (Graves); and his niece Sonya Lauritzen (Oslzak). He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Edward Horrocks (Beth) and Shannon Bordeaux (Ty); his great-niece Sophia; and his great-nephews, Erik, Dana, Kris, Gabe, Peter and Samuel. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and many beloved family members.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ashfield Congregational Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a cancer organization of your choice, in Chris's memory and in honor of his 19-year battle with cancer.
