Eric L. Goodchild Obituary
We bid farewell to Eric L. Goodchild (Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 6, 2025 at the age of 65. Eric touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Eric may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Eric touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin L. Goodchild, Jr. and Gertrude Conklin Goodchild (Trudie). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Goodchild (Davenport) of Shelburne; his children, Ian Goodchild of Atlantic Highlands, NJ and Anna Kopcych (David) of Taunton, MA; his granddaughters, Amelia and Eva; and his brother Bruce Goodchild (Donna) of Ashley Falls, MA.
