She was predeceased by : her husband John Earl Keddy; and her parents, L. Francis Murphy and Catherine Murphy (O'Reilly). She is survived by : her children, John Benjamin Keddy (Sarah Banu Master) of Longmeadow, MA and Catherine Sarah Black (Joseph Peter Black) of Baldwinville, MA; her grandchildren, Christopher, Joshua, Tyteana and Nicholas Black; her sister Catherine Murphy; and her brother-in-law Harry Roseman.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Parish Church of Groton (1 Powderhouse Rd, Groton, MA 01450). During the 2020 COVID -19 pandemic, Keddy compiled and wrote Octogenarian Omnibus, a collection of her writings that is reminiscent of a memoir.
