He was predeceased by: his parents, Joachim Jean and Sophie Jean (Doiron); his daughter Nikki Jean; and his siblings, Connie Jean, Lorraine May, Annette Patterson, Rosamond Spaulding, Nora Bourgeois, Paul and Hadley Jean.
He is survived by: his children, Rachel Jean, Dakotah Jean and Marcin-Jochim Jean II. He is also survived by six grandchildren two great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
