He was predeceased by: his siblings, Muriel Massey, Jeannine Armstrong (Loretta Roy), Roger, Roland and Claude Armstrong; and his parents, Gabriel Armstrong and Blanche Armstrong (Landry).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Armstrong (Labrecque); his daughter Renee Connor (Rick); his granddaughter Courtney Connor of Scottsdale, AZ; and his sisters, Fern Houle and Lorraine Bindman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Normand's memory may be made to the Knights of Columbus Mumford Council Charity Fund.
