He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Nolan and Marie Nolan (Hood). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Nolan (Pranouskes); and his daughters, Diane Nolan of Shirley and Sherry Nolan-Hess (Kevin) of Jefferson.
