He is survived by: his daughter Kim Bollus; and his children-in-law, Jack Bollus (Debbie Macdonald) of Holden, MA and Diane Macdonald of Hyannis, MA. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, a great, great, grandson, and many nieces and nephews.
