With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carole A. Marko of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 20, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Carole departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Carole may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Carole leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her sister Claire J. Hines of Oxford, MA; and her parents, Robert J. Soucy and Jeanette C. Soucy of San Jose, CA. She is survived by: her husband Arthur D. Marko; her sons, Allan A. Marko (Christine F. Chufo) of San Francisco, CA and Jonathan D. Marko of Newton, MA.; and her siblings, Gayle J. Goodson of San Jose, CA and Robert H. Soucy of Corrales, NM. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children.
