She is survived by: her sons, Gregory C. Malkowski (Ann Marie) and P. Eric Malkowski (Lisa); her grandchildren, Daniel J. Malkowski, Brian, Ana Birmingham, Kevin, Stephanie Walker, Nicole Collins, Elisabeth Collins, Carlos Ricardo, Ryan E. and Andrew J. Malkowski; her great grandchildren, Brianna Birmingham, Brynn Walker, Lucas Ricardo and Nico Malkowski; and her husband Peter of Salem, MA.
