David Richard Souda Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of David Richard Souda of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. David, born on March 17, 1966, passed away on October 2, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Richard Souda to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his godfather Joe Panarelli; and his father-in-law Ernest Peters. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Souda and Margaret Souda (Carlson); his wife Courtney Bliss-Souda; his daughter Paige Souda (Matthew Jordan); his siblings, Mark Souda (Dawn) and Helen Cardosi (Steve); his nephews, Cameron Souda, Brandon Galimberti, Owen Cardosi and Eli Cardosi; his cousins, Max Souda and Carey Souda (Miranda); his aunts, Sheila Quirion, Phyllis Panarelli and Linnea Mazejka; his uncle Henry Souda; his former wife Chantale Souda (Peters); his mother-in-law Estelle Peters; his brother-in-law Cody Bliss; his grandfather-in-law Eleanor Bliss; his father-in-law William Bliss; and his pets, DiNozzo, Riggs, Meeko, Bandit and Finley. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miles Funeral Home (1158 Main St, Holden, MA 01520). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (114 Princeton St, Jefferson, MA 01522).
