He is survived by : his former life partner Norma Schulze; his children, Cynthia Ducharme of South Yarmouth and Peter Sieurin of Northborough; his grandsons, Timothy Sieurin of Forestdale and Andrew Sieurin of Natick; his wife Breanne (Christopher Lemos); his great grandchildren, Samuel, Mathew Sieurin of Forestdale, Emerson, Avery Sieurin of Natick, Parker and Madison Lemos of South Dennis; his parents-in-law, Robert and Mae Schulze of Whitinsville; his cousins, Ed and Ellen Carlson of Dartmouth, MA; and his caregiver Maria Santa Rita of Brazil.
