She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Gaucher and Dorothy E. Gaucher (Adams); her husband Andrew Phillips; and her brothers, Kenneth and Fire Chief (Ret.) Robert Gaucher.

She is survived by: her children, Paula Lusignan of Falmouth, Peter (Deb), Patricia Colonies (James), James and Karen Coghlin (Tim) of Shrewsbury. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
