The memory of Elizabeth Ann Van Atten of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 6, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Esip and Janet E. Esip (Cumming). She is survived by: her children, Col. William T. "Bill" Van Atten, IV, Amy S. Martins, Christopher E. Van Atten, Kimberley R. Van Atten and Laurence E. Holyoak; and her grandchildren, William T. Van Atten, Reagan Van Atten, Edward "Thatcher", Isabella Van Atten, Sofia, Marina Martins, Andrew, Harrison and Lizzie Holyoak.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Britton-Shrewsbury Funeral Home (648 Main St, Shrewsbury, MA 01545). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Mary's Church (640 Main St, Shrewsbury, MA 01545). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at the Mountain View Cemetery (22 Boylston St, Shrewsbury, MA 01545).
