It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan T. (Cooney) Brenner of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 28, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Worcester; her children, Patricia A. Bombard (Robert) of Charlton, Kurt T. Brenner (Mary) of Shrewsbury, Kristopher B. Brenner (Maryellen) of Oxford, Kerry L. Brenner (Jodi) of Onset, Karen K. Harvey of Conway, Kim M. Brenner of Shrewsbury, Kyle J. Brenner (Laurie) of Sutton, Karl P. Brenner (Charlene) of Holden, Kathleen J. Daige (Andrew) and Brookfield; her daughter-in-law Maureen Brenner of Attleborough; her grandchildren, Jason, Jonathan Moore, Kelsey Brenner (Ben Starek), Shayne, Reilly Brenner, Luke Brenner, Maria Ferreira (Dan), Emma Spurr (Jack), Erin Bradley (Matt), Kaitlyn Brenner, Patrick Brenner (Hannah Rockefeller), Krystal O'Leary (Kevin), Hanna Morris (Ryan), Kyle Brenner (Dara), Sara Brenner, Ashley Harvey (Jeremy Tuomisto), Brendan Harvey (Kelly Quinn), Lily Brenner, Casey Brenner (Hailey Flamand), Jamie, Devyn, Hayden Brenner, Shannon, Kelly, Daniel and Joseph Daige; her great grandchildren, Finley, Austin, Lucy, Isla, Oliver, Henry, Addie, Calum, Eleanor, Lola, Louisa, Madden, Jack, Maeve, Teagan and Alexandria; and her in-laws, Donald Orell of Millbury and Susan Cooney of Littleton. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
A wake will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eastern Shore Club (206 S Quinsigamond Ave, Shrewsbury, MA 01545). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Mary's Church (640 Main St, Shrewsbury, MA 01545). A burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at the Mountain View Cemetery (22 Boylston St, Shrewsbury, MA 01545).
