It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Becker of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Karl Becker and Viola Becker (Samuelson) of Worcester; his brothers, Philip Becker (Elizabeth) and Richard Becker (Maeve); his brother-in-law Francis Carlin of Worcester; and his nephews, Brian and Glenn Carlin.

He is survived by : his children, John "Jay" Becker of Shrewsbury and Jill Becker-Witherell (Neil Witherell); his grandson Jack Witherell of Louisville, KY; and his siblings, Joan Murray (John) of East Dennis, Barbara Carlin (Becker) of Jefferson and Kenneth of Fitchburg.
