John Talbot Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Talbot (Shrewsbury, Massachusetts), who passed away on October 4, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Talbot and George Talbot; his sisters, Mary Lou Flaherty and Susan Zenus; and his daughters, Marie Ann and Theresa Ann.
He is survived by: his sister Sarah Panciocco (Joseph) of Shrewsbury; his wife Rose Talbot (Lambert); his daughters, Sarah (Anthony Montoya), Jennifer (Shawn Shields) and Aimee (Robert Davis); and his sisters-in-law, Winnie Bourque, Louise Banderi and Frances Farrell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Britton-Shrewsbury Funeral Home (648 Main St, Shrewsbury, MA 01545). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Mary's Church (640 Main St, Shrewsbury, MA 01545).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to any St. Vincent de Paul Society in John's memory.
