He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Rinker and Marie Rinker; his wives, June Hyman and Jean Bergenholtz; his children, Donald Rinker and Deborah Fimbel Kalb; and his siblings, Marcia Emick, Lillian Rinker, Gordon, John LaRue, Raymond, Donald, C. LaVerne and Arthur.
He is survived by: his son Mark Rinker (Charity) of Ringoes; his grandson Steven Rinker (Christie) of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; his stepchildren, Judi Jennings of Florida and Mike Jennings of Texas; and his brother Kenneth (Amy) of Montoursville, Pennsylvania..
