She was predeceased by: her husband Richard L. Perkins. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia N. Phillips (James) of Leicester; her granddaughter Victoria Baril (Nicholas) of Leicester; and her brother Rodney Carlson (Judy) of Holden. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
