He was predeceased by: his grandson Drew Kohler; his brother Jim Ellingwood; and his parents, Day Lake and Cobbosseecontee Lake. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Ellingwood (Adams); his daughters, Tracy Kohler (Tracy) and Shannon Cincotta (John); his grandchildren, Eve Kohler (Jeremy Tornatore), Chloe Cullen (Tyler), Mia Cincotta (Justyn Zuno) and Liam Cincotta; his siblings, Claire Zenga (Dick), Gail Ellingwood, Helen Sellhorn (Art) and Jack Ellingwood (Caroline); his close friends, Roxy, Mae and Ladybug; and his son-in-law Tracy. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
