He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel Chysna and Al Chysna; and his grandson Cody LeBeau. He is survived by: his wife Lynda S. (Witkowski); his children, Julie LeBeau (Kenneth) of Northborough, Chad Chysna (Sarah) of Northborough and Kevin Chysna (Kristen) of Reno, Nevada; his grandchildren, Hayley, Aaron, Evan, Jacob, Ryan, Owen and Audrey; and his siblings, Richard Chysna (Sarah), Dondy Chysna and Nancy Chysna.
