He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Jean A. Jose (Trottier); his children, David A Jose (Josee) of Auburn and Patricia L. Arakelian (Jason) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Nicholas Jose, Cameron and Preston Arakelian; his siblings, Donna M. Jose of Worcester, Karen Charron of Shrewsbury, Sharon McCarthy of Virginia Beach, George Jose, Jr. and Joyce Fair; and his parents, George R. Jose, and Geraldine Jose, Sr. (Seymour). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rise Above Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit, dedicated to providing Massachusetts children in foster care with enriching activities, opportunities, and experiences.
