William left this world on September 27, 2025 at the age of 75, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton D. Carr and Vera L. Carr Sr. (Muise); and his wife Adeline L. Carr (Dean). He is survived by: his son William "Bill" Carr Jr. (Aubrey) of Douglas; his grandsons, Devin Marino and Jackson Carr of Douglas; his siblings, Carlton D. Carr II (Carolyn) and Deborah L. Edwards (William) of Bellingham; and his nephew Bill (Adeline). He is also survived by 17 foster children.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Short & Rowe Funeral Home (95 W Main St, Marlborough, MA 01752). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (133 Wilson St, Marlborough, MA 01752).
