He was predeceased by: his brother Delbert; his mother-in-law Angelina DeAngelo; and his parents, George Highlands and Mary Ellen Highlands (Boyer). He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Highlands (Iardino); and his sons, William H. Highlands Jr. of Shrewsbury, Thomas J. Highlands of Boston and Daniel S. Highlands (Brenda (Hanson) Highlands) of Grafton. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and several in-laws.
