He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Hinchliffe and Lillian Hinchliffe (Bouthman). He is survived by: his wife Georgette S. Hinchliffe (Fortin) of Somerset; his son Kevin of Oregon; and his sister Phyllis Grime of Swansea. He is also survived by two granddaughters, and a great-grandson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home (690 S Main St, Fall River, MA 02721). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Rachel's Lakeside (950 State Rd, Dartmouth, MA 02747).
