She was predeceased by: her husband Richard A. Costa, Sr.; her parents, Bronislaw Pilacik and Dorothy Pilacik (Dube); and her sister Dorothy Farias. She is survived by: her children, Richard A. Costa, Jr. of Florida and Robb Costa (Debra) of Florida; her grandchildren, Drew, Jarrod and Patricia Martin; and her sibling-in-law Rehoboth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
