She was predeceased by: her husband Laurent R. Guay; her parents, Felix A. Pettine and Rosetta G. Pettine (Miller); and her brother Felix Pettine, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Nancy B. Fournier, Judith Pereira (Frank) and Christopher A. Guay of Somerset; her grandchildren, Portsmouth, Fire Captain Steven Lynch (Katie) of East Providence, Eric Mitz (Valerie) of Melbourne, FL, Justin Costa (Meghan) of Westport, MA and John Fournier (Jessica) of North Dighton; her great grandchildren, Michael, Emma Lynch and Flynn Costa; and her sister Rosemary P. Pettine of Somerset. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
