He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Sullivan and Dennis Sullivan; and his siblings, Kenneth and Eileen. He is survived by: his sister Helen; his children, Kenneth (Kelly), Patrick (Karen), Kathleen (Richard), Mike (Sue) and Tim (Martha); his grandchildren, Casey Sullivan (Matt), Sean Sullivan, Kate Green (Jordan), Jack Sullivan, Benjamin Flynn, Gioanna, Nicoletta and Timothy Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Amelia Green and Phoebe Sullivan.
