She was predeceased by : her parents, Refino Furtado and Georgelina "Rosaline" Furtado (Amaral); and her sister Lydia Furtado. She is survived by : her husband Arthur L. Miranda; her children, Cheryl L. Miranda of Somerset and Bruce A. Miranda of Rehoboth; her siblings, Priscilla Furtado of Fall River and Richard Furtado of Tiverton; and her grandson Ryan Miranda. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
