He is survived by: his son Kenneth Mendonca; his stepdaughter Deborah Curtis; and his siblings, Joseph Mendonca, Angelo Mendonca, Irene Oliveira, Alexandria Santos and Laura Baldwin. He is also survived by six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
