Costa Jr. (Joyce Cabral) of Tennessee, Michael Wayne Costa of Florida, Cheryl Marie De Cambra (Milton) of Somerset and Dawn Marie Costa (Ryan) of Somerset; her grandchildren, Nicholas Costa, Joshua Costa (Julie Denton), Milton De Cambra Jr. (Audrey Brito), Matthew De Cambra (Ashley De Medeiros), Holly De Cambra Couto (Edward), Alex Costa and Jamie Costa; and her great grandchildren, Ryder Costa, Milton De Cambra III, Amellia Costa, Kole Costa, Addeline Costa and Riley Couto.
